Credit Rating & Collection (crc) is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company, established at the end of 1998, with a fully paid-up capital of Kuwaiti Dinars Three Million (Kwd. 3,000,000/-).

In 2006, the capital was increased to Kuwaiti Dinars Fifteen Million (Kwd. 15,000,000/-). In 2007, the capital was further increased to Kuwaiti Dinars Sixteen Million Five Hundred Thousand (Kwd. 16,500,000/-).

crc is listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.

The major shareholders are a conglomerate of highly competent corporations from various economic sectors, ranging from the largest Investment, Real Estate and Service sector Companies to individuals with a wealth of global experience.
